I’m Feeling a Lot Better About 2009 than 2008

As soon as 2009 got underway, I made the decision that the next 365 days were going to be as fulfilling as possible. While most people set resolutions at the start of a New Year, this isn’t something I had really done before. In spite of that, I decided it was time for me to change my approach up. The plan that I came up with was to make vacationing a priority in my life. In order to avoid blowing off what I had committed, I wanted to book a trip as soon as possible.

For anyone who is at least a little bit curious, I just got back from London, which was the vacation I planned at the beginning of the year. As a result of planning ahead, my Waterloo Station car hire, hotel and flight had all been booked since the start of the year. Because it was so easy to get my Waterloo Station car hire and I didn’t encounter any problems, I had an extremely relaxing trip. As a result of this, I felt really positive about the decision that I had made to commit to travelling more throughout the year.

I definitely would have found plenty of things to do if I got to stay in London longer, but all good trips have to come to an end. However, there are still over eight months left in this year! The homepage on my computer is currently set to a travel deals web site, and the reason for this is because I already know that as soon as I find an offer that looks good, I will be scheduling and taking off again in the next couple of months.

I Don’t Think I Could Ever Get Tired of London

Because I have been able to travel to a variety of different places, I have gotten a good idea of what I like and what I do not like. Although I think it would be rude to discuss the places that I don’t like (because I realise that there are plenty of people who do like these places), I don’t have any problem discussing the places that I do like.

While I could name multiple places I have visited and thoroughly enjoyed, I think I want to focus on the place that is at the top of my list. Of all the places I have visited, the one I connected with the most was London. I have now been to London on three different occasions, and I can honestly say that each time I visit London, I find at least one thing there that makes me like this city even more.

Because it’s quite obvious that I am very fond of London, you may be wondering why I don’t live there. This is a very fair question, and the honest answer to that question is that if my job if allowed me to move to London, it is a move that I would easily make in a heartbeat!

Things Went Well at Waterloo Station for Me

Filed under: Waterloo Station Car Hire - 09 Mar 2009  | Spread the word !

At the beginning of last year, I got to take a trip to London for the very first time. Although I had previously been to several other major destinations in Europe, I had not ever been to London before that trip. However, it was a place that I had always wanted to go, so I was happy that I got to spend a full six days there during my trip.

One of the things that impressed me most about London was their transit system. Even though I picked up a car hire at Waterloo Station, I rode on several different railways before I picked up my own car hire. Because I am from a city in the United States that has an excellent transportation system, I am always sceptical of how other cities that I visit are going to compare. It’s not that I’m trying to be snobby about my own city’s transportation system, but because I am used to such a top notch system, I have found that the majority of other cities don’t compare.

Fortunately, this was not the case with London, and their transportation made it easy to get around the first day before I had an opportunity to get my Waterloo Station car hire, which was my primary mode of transportation for the remainder of my trip.
