There are a few things that are just essential when you get to a station. The reason that some things are necessary and, more importantly, must in a tip top condition is that they are used so regularly by people who rely on them. Take, for example, all the people who have to commute to work early in the morning. There is very little chance for them to fully wake up; often having to leave extra early in order to catch their train on time. It is imperative, therefore, that the station has a wide variety of places where the busy commuter can stop off and get a bite to eat or a quick drink. There are numerous cafes and newsagents that have breakfasts, coffees and sandwiches all on offer for very reasonable prices meaning that even if you have to be up and about early, you don’t have to skip a meal!

Alternatively, you can buy a newspaper from one of the many retailers within the station. There are over 20 independent vendors who sell an assortment of newspapers and magazines that would satisfy even the pickiest of readers. The result of this is that you won’t be without entertainment on your train journey which can help to relax you and fully prepare you for the day ahead. The toilets are cleaned regularly to ensure the optimum level of sanitation is maintained and you can be sure that you will be able to catch your train feeling fully looked after.
